Can You Return Clothes on Amazon?
Amazon is one of our most trusted online shopping destinations, and the good news is, yes, you can return clothes on Amazon! But there are a few key details to remember when doing so.
Qualifying for a Return
To be eligible for a return, the clothing item must have been purchased from Amazon.com and must not be listed as ineligible on the return policy page. Any clothing item that has been worn, washed, dry-cleaned, or had its tags removed, will not be eligible for a return.
Returning an Item
You can return your item on Amazon in the following ways:
- Sign into your Amazon account and go to “Your Orders,”
- Select the item you wish to return,
- Verify that clothing item meets the return qualifications,
- Select the reason for the return and the return option,
- You will then see instructions for returning your item,
- Pack and ship the return item,
- Track your return and receive your refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed within three to five business days. You’ll be refunded the full purchase price, in the same form it was purchased. The refund will not include the cost of shipping.
